The $39 digital Snapshot Unlock is generally non-refundable after access or download, subject to mandatory law. Checkout collects immediate-delivery consent where required.
Nothing in this commercial policy limits mandatory consumer rights. EU/EEA/UK customers may have a separate 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts unless a valid exception applies. Paddle’s merchant-of-record terms also apply to payment disputes.
