Acceptable AI Use
This page summarises the six employee-facing rules OrgScan presents for digital acknowledgement. Each organisation launches its own campaign text and version; acknowledgements store name or anonymous campaign id, timestamp, language, policy version, and a SHA-256 digest.
- Approved AI for everyday work — Use company-approved tools for drafting, translating, summarising, ideas, and analysis within published boundaries.
- No confidential company information in public AI — Do not paste drawings, device files, pricing, customer or supplier data into public tools.
- No medical or patient-identifying information — Health-related identifiers never go into AI tools.
- AI output is a draft, not a decision — Humans remain accountable for quality, safety, and regulated records.
- Respect IP and third-party rights — Do not misuse licensed content or customer materials.
- Report incidents early — Mistakes and near-misses must be reported so impact can be assessed.
For admins
Reviewing this summary is optional before launch, but recommended. The live campaign shows the full multilingual rule text your people sign. Governance document packs inside OrgScan can expand these rules into controlled policy documents oriented to ISO/IEC 42001 conversations — orientation and documentation support, not certification.
