These terms govern use of MapMyAI OrgScan. By creating an organisation or accepting these terms in the console, you agree on behalf of that organisation.
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles tax collection, invoicing, and payment method storage. MapMyAI does not store card numbers.
New organisations receive a Spark Trial: up to 10 survey responses within 7 days. Results remain viewable after expiry; collection and exports stay locked unless you subscribe or purchase Snapshot Unlock.
Compass, Atlas, and Constellation renew monthly or annually until cancelled in the Paddle customer portal. Capacity and feature limits are enforced by the MapMyAI server for the active plan and add-ons.
The $39 Snapshot Unlock permanently unlocks export of the completed trial snapshot only. It does not extend the trial, reopen collection, or grant subscription features. Digital delivery begins immediately after payment; where required, checkout collects explicit consent to immediate performance and withdrawal of cooling-off rights for that purchase.

You are the controller of employee and survey data you submit. Processing details are in the Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement.
